Orders
When you place an order, payment is collected upfront. Payment for personalized orders is only collected once you have approved the provided mockup. All orders are final sale.
For spirit jerseys, your card is authorized when you check out but is not charged until I have confirmed your size is available. You may see a pending charge on your statement in the meantime.
Handmade nature
Every item is made by hand, so small natural variations are part of the character and are not defects.
