Lead-time policy
Processing time is separate from shipping
Processing time is how long it takes for me to create your products by hand, currently 1 to 3 weeks. Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver it, usually 3 to 6 days. Your total wait is the processing time added to shipping time. Processing time varies because it is dependent on how many orders are ahead of yours in the queue.
Made to order
Everything here is made after you order it, with any customizations you choose.
Getting there in time
Every product page has a trip-date checker. Enter the date of your trip and where you are located, and it will tell you whether ordering today will make it. If it is close, message me before purchasing and I will confirm whether I can get your items to you on time.
Personalized pieces
Customized items are made just for you, so they are final sale. If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, tell me right away and I will make it right.
